Worst place ever never going again l. I ask for a little off and they shave my head. You pay? Be ready for anything because they really just do what they want. Service also one out of five.

Felt like the lady used 1 hand the whole time to cut my hair and she went way to high up on the side I put my hair to do it looks pretty funky like I won’t be going back to her that’s fs maybe not back to the store sorry but the haircut sucked

Linda took the time to explain the difference between feathering and texturing, and in general educated me. Not many stylists take the time to go that in depth in explanations and I appreciated that. She also listened to what I wanted, which is sometimes difficult to describe, but I like the end result and I think my medium length hair style will be even better this time around. Thanks Linda!

Today was the final straw. After 5 years of 2 haircuts a month you have finally driven me away. Today I had an appointment booked with Nikki at 1:29. The app said be at the salon by 1:19. I drove in from Boerne and arrived at 1:15 only to see on the big board that my 30 min wait time when I booked was now 2 hours and 30 mins. I was told by reception that Nikki had gone to lunch. Well at 1:40, ten mins after my schedule appointment, Nikki walked up and told me it would be 30 mins more until she could see me because there were others in front of me. What good is an appointment time if you are not going to honor it? If I am late you delete my appointment, if you are late I have to wait longer? How fair is that. You expect me to honor your time yet you don't honor mine. I plan my time off to maximize my time especially when I drive in from out of town. Why cant you honor my time? Unfortunately this is not the first time you have let me down. Below it the first post: I have been going there for 4 plus years... Megan is the best stylist they have. They would be a 5 start except they changed their rules and now charge for a "5 star" shaver fade. I will be finding a new place to get my hair cut.

Lost a long time regular customer today as there are other options. Parking and wait times there have always been a haste but you stick it out due to the great staff and checking in online has made it slightly easier until yesterday. Everyone deserves a break but if you are on break take yourself off the schedule. I was there not long after I was told to be there and online said zero wait. When I got there the guy said it would just be a few minutes as my stylist was finishing up lunch so I waited and watched for 30 min as others went ahead of me. Poor customer service if it was going to be 30 min then say that so you can switch to next available. I had elderly mother in car hanging with me for the day she can’t stay in car that long. Also wait times were much higher in person than what web said.

Had thought about finding a “barber” in the area, as SportsClips was only a second option for me for years. Megan W has hanged that. I won’t go anywhere else if she is there. Great service for new walk-Ins or regulars. Always on point!

Lost a long time customer tonight. I have had my hair cut there since at least 2010. I was a walk-in tonight and had 2 call-ins ahead of me for my preferred stylist (only 1 of which was there). System would not let me select her because call-ins took time to close. She told guy working desk to put me in. I waited an hour as 2nd call-in arrived just in time. When he was done and I thought I was up, another call-in had been slipped in. The call-in service is great, but walk-ins shouldn't get bumped if there 1st. Will be going somewhere else from now on!

I enjoy getting my haircut at Sports Clips, and this location is excellent. Megan W does an outstanding job as a stylist; she's friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. This location is clean, well maintained, and I'm always greeted when walking in.
