Lost a long time regular customer today as there are other options. Parking and wait times there have always been a haste but you stick it out due to the great staff and checking in online has made it slightly easier until yesterday. Everyone deserves a break but if you are on break take yourself off the schedule. I was there not long after I was told to be there and online said zero wait. When I got there the guy said it would just be a few minutes as my stylist was finishing up lunch so I waited and watched for 30 min as others went ahead of me. Poor customer service if it was going to be 30 min then say that so you can switch to next available. I had elderly mother in car hanging with me for the day she can’t stay in car that long. Also wait times were much higher in person than what web said.

Lost a long time customer tonight. I have had my hair cut there since at least 2010. I was a walk-in tonight and had 2 call-ins ahead of me for my preferred stylist (only 1 of which was there). System would not let me select her because call-ins took time to close. She told guy working desk to put me in. I waited an hour as 2nd call-in arrived just in time. When he was done and I thought I was up, another call-in had been slipped in. The call-in service is great, but walk-ins shouldn't get bumped if there 1st. Will be going somewhere else from now on!
